Ideal Property and Landlords for St. Petersburg, Florida

I had a great experience with this property and particularly the landlords Laura and Jeff. Firstly I was in a unique position, working at a startup, and they worked with me through the details of my situation and I moved in! I lived there for about two years and Laura and Jeff were amazing, they respected my privacy, always giving me plenty of lead time if they needed to come in and trim the trees or check a utility (because it is a duplex, they were proactive about making sure that both sides functioned great in the event there was an issue with other side.) They have been my favorite landlords to date, and this property is everything you could ask for whether you are a young couple or small family. The neighborhood is one of the fastest developing neighborhoods in St. Petersburg, Old Southeast. It has a great neighborhood market, in-touch community, a park with trees and a lot of space for dogs to run and play, on the water so you can watch the sun rise, and a 5 minute drive downtown.
